Vanilla Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcakes






Vanilla cupcakes
Ingredients:
- Soft Butter - 60g (1/4cup)
- Castor Sugar - 115g (1/2cup)
- Flour - 140g (1cup+2tbsp)
- Baking Powder - 1tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2tsp
- Curd - 75ml (1/3cup)
- Milk - 6tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Method :-
- Preheat oven at 160c. Line the cupcake tin with paper liners.
- Sift together Flour, Baking Powder and Baking Soda.
- Mix Milk and Curd together and keep it aside.
- Cream together Butter & Sugar until light and fluffy with electric beater.
- Add 2 tbsp sifted Flour before adding Milk and curd mixture. Add curd and Milk.
- Add sifted maida. Stir until just mixed.
- Fill batter in piping bag and fill 3/4 into Cupcakes moulds
- Bake at 160c For 15-20mins.
Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 125g Cream Cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
- 2tbsp Thick Strawberry Jam / Filling
- 1/2tsp Strawberry Essence
- Cream - 3/4 cup before Whipping
Preparation:-
- Beat the Cream Cheese.
- Add Sugar gradually, while beating.
- After all the sugar has been added, add the Jam and Essence, beat until sooth
- Add the Whipped Cream and beat for 1/2 a min. Use it as Required.
