Marble Swirl Cake Recipe






Mocha Chocolate Vanilla Marble Swirl Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour - 225gm
- Baking Soda - 1/2tsp
- Baking Powder - 1tsp
- Caster Sugar - 160gm
- Vanilla Essence - 1tsp
- Oil/melted Butter - 120ml
- Cocoa Powder - 30gm
- Mocha/Cappuccino Powder - 1tbsp + 1/2 coffee
- Thick Curd - 220gm
- Milk - 1/4cup
Method:
- Grease the pan very well and keep it aside.
- Preheat the oven at 180c.
- Take the Curd into a bowl. Whisk it very well untill getting smooth texture, add Sugar in 2 batches. Now mix it very well that sugar should be dissolved in it and it should look silky smooth.
- Once sugar dissolved add Baking Soda and Baking Powder in it and beat this mixture till it becomes frothy. This will rise and become foamy.
- Add Oil/Butter and Vanilla. Mix till everything gets well combined. Now add All Purpose Flour and fold gently until combined.
- Now divide the batter. Keep 3/4 Batter aside, take 1/4 another batter add cocoa Pwder and mocha and 1/8 cup milk to it make smooth batter.
- Now you have two batter, One is chocolate and another is plain Vanilla. Now first pour Chocolate batter in the grease pan then pour Vanilla. Then again pour Chocolate on top of it. you can make patterns.
- Pour on greased and dusted bunt pan. Make swirl marble effect.
- Bake it for 30 to 35min in the preheated oven.
